Having previously worked with Tier 2 builders, Adam gained extensive exposure to both commercial and residential construction, developing strong capabilities in subcontractor procurement, supplier negotiations, contract management, and cost optimisation. His experience spans a wide range of project types, including residential developments, commercial buildings, retail fit-outs, and hospitality projects, allowing him to understand the unique demands, timelines, and quality requirements of each sector.


Known for his analytical mindset and attention to detail, Adam plays a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, competitively, and in line with budget expectations. He is skilled in managing procurement from early planning through to execution coordinating with project managers, consultants, suppliers, and contractors to secure reliable partnerships and maintain smooth project flow.
