With over 15 years of experience in construction and project delivery, John has established himself as a highly capable and detail-driven Project Manager with a strong reputation for precision, leadership, and execution excellence.

Charbel Hawi first became acquainted with John seven years ago, recognising early on his professionalism, technical understanding, and disciplined approach to managing complex construction environments. Over the past five years, they have worked closely together across multiple residential developments, refining systems, improving site performance, and delivering projects to high standards.

Throughout his career, John has successfully managed projects from early planning stages through to completion, coordinating consultants, trades, suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure programs, budgets, and quality benchmarks are consistently achieved.

Today, John works full-time with Oliver Wright, leading and managing high-end residential projects. His focus is on delivering premium craftsmanship, maintaining strict quality control, and ensuring that each project reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence and architectural integrity.
