Jolene serves as the Client Experience Manager, where she plays a vital role in ensuring every client journey is smooth, transparent, and positive from the early stages of construction through to project completion and beyond.


With a strong focus on communication, care, and attention to detail, Jolene manages the relationship between clients and the project team throughout the construction process. She ensures clients remain informed, supported, and confident at every milestone from planning and progress updates to final handover.


Beyond construction, Jolene leads the Aftercare Team, overseeing post-completion support, defect coordination, and ongoing client assistance. Her proactive and solutions-driven approach helps maintain long-term relationships and ensures that the standard of service continues well after the project is delivered.
